Inform Health User Conference takes shape

The 2023 Inform Health User Conference will take place on Thursday 5th October at IET Birmingham: Austin Court. The free event will bring together thought leaders in sexual health and HIV from across the country; offering customers the opportunity to network with peers, share best practice, and learn more about Inform technology’s evolving role in delivering enhanced service provision.

The conference agenda, which is available here, is packed full of presentations, workshops, and other sessions designed to address common challenges impacting modern service delivery, showcase latest product developments, and shape Informs’ future product development roadmap.

Commenting on the planned event, Inform Health’s Commercial Director, Sue Bunn, said:

“It’s been a challenging time for sexual health and HIV services of late, with increased demand and a shrinking financial envelope continuing to make effective service delivery difficult. We know technology doesn’t have all the answers, but it certainly has the potential to support several key objectives, whether that’s improving access, facilitating better partnership working to address inequalities or enabling timelier, and more targeted interventions.

“This year’s User Conference will be our first opportunity to meet with the wider Inform Health customer community in-person since the outbreak of Covid-19 – making it a big milestone and one we want to recognise by ensuring this event adds genuine value to all who attend, from service managers to clinicians to clerical staff.

“We really can’t wait to give all our valued customers a very warm Inform Health welcome to IET Birmingham on Thursday 5th October. There’ll be so much opportunity to get involved in discussions, troubleshoot service challenges, be inspired by trailblazing providers who’ll be sharing how they use Inform technology, as well as learn more about our latest developments and how they can support more efficient service delivery.”

Numbers for the 2023 User Conference are strictly limited so customers are encouraged to secure their place by registering here at their earliest convenience. Customers with any queries regarding the event can contact the Inform Health team by e-mail here.
