The Inform COVID-19 application, provides organisations with a secure and easy to use cohort management solution, for the provision of COVID-19 vaccination to employees and the general population. This combined with the Inform COVID-19 ORB provides the vaccination recipient with the ability to book their appointments for COVID-19 vaccination online.

Registration

Vaccination recipients can be imported into the Inform COVID-19 application via a proven, tried and tested data migration process. Alternatively vaccination recipients can be manually pre-registered into the Inform COVID-19 application. The Inform COVID-19 ORB (online registration and booking) application also provides the healthcare organisation with the ability to allow vaccination recipients to self-register for COVID-19 vaccination.

Cohort Management

The Inform COVID-19 application, provides healthcare organisations with the ability to allocate individuals to a defined COVID-19 vaccination cohort. This caters for the provision of a single type or, multiple types of COVID-19 vaccination and regimen.

Once allocated the application provides the ability to view and manage the active cohorts, providing healthcare organisation with the ability to balance capacity and demand for COVID-19 vaccination.

Invitation to Vaccinate

Where required Inform COVID-19 can initiate the invitation to undertake vaccination via text message. The text message provides members of staff, and the general public who opt-in to the vaccination, with a link which takes them to the Inform COVID-19 ORB (online registration and booking application).

Appointment Booking

The Inform COVID-19 ORB (online registration and booking application) provides individuals, with controlled password protected access, to book an appointment online, for their COVID-19 vaccination.

Healthcare organisations can open up online appointment booking to all members of staff, and members of the public. Alternatively online appointment booking can be restricted, to only allow pre-registered individuals to book appointments for vaccination.

Appointment Confirmation

Automated text messages are sent to the vaccination recipient confirming their appointment details. Two way text messaging provides the vaccination recipient, with the ability to cancel their appointment if needed, by replying to the text message.

This records the cancellation in the individuals electronic healthcare record, and frees up the appointment slot, to be booked by somebody else.

The Inform COVID-19 application allows the healthcare professional to see which individuals are booked in for vaccination, manage the individuals who attend, and document the provision of the vaccination.

The appointment for the subsequent dose of vaccination, can be booked by the healthcare professional providing the vaccination, or later by the vaccination recipient themselves through the Inform COVID-19 ORB (online registration and booking application).

Second Dose

Following successful administration of the first dose of vaccination, the vaccination recipient will be automatically reminded by text message, to book an appointment for their second dose of vaccination.

Intelligence built in to the Inform COVID-19 ORB (online registration and booking application), controls the timing of the second dose of vaccination to ensure compliance with the vaccination regimen.
