COVID-19 update from Inform Health

Amid growing concern about the Coronavirus pandemic, we want to assure you that Inform remains fully operational and we are prepared and taking actions to keep our customers and staff safe.

We have invoked a robust business continuity plan, which enables all staff to work from home and ensures we continue to deliver the same services and maintain business as usual.

In addition to this, we have also placed a temporary ban on all non-essential business travel and customer site visits.

All staff remain contactable via email and mobile phone with training, demonstrations and other meetings continuing to take place through Webex, Skype, Microsoft Teams and conference calls throughout this period of uncertainty.

The senior leadership team will monitor the situation as it unfolds, take guidance from the Government and the World Health Organization, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to continue to maintain service continuity in a safe and sustainable way.
